APPOINTMENTS AND AVAILABILITY

All sessions are by appointment. I am available weekdays for morning, afternoon and evening appointments as late as 6:00 p.m. Saturday appointments may be available if needed. Please allow two hours for the first appointment. Appointments usually can be scheduled within the same week.

I have tried to include the most frequently asked questions on my website under FAQ, but I am always happy to answer any additional questions you may have or to schedule a free pre-appointment meeting.

FEES AND NUMBER OF VISITS

Please call for my fee information. I am very happy to discuss your particular goals or issues over the telephone so that I may give you an estimate of the number of visits required. Prepaid package discounts are available and certain programs are structured in that manner (i.e., Smoking Cessation). However, you may only need one session for some things such as Test Taking Confidence, Stress Control, Improved Sleep, Confidence and Self-Esteem, Pre-Surgery Relaxation/Post-Op Healing, Sports Improvement, Teeth Grinding/Jaw Clenching, Fear of Flying, Fear of Public Speaking, Nail Biting, and other habits.

PAYMENT

Payment in full is due at the time of your appointment. Cash, Check or Credit Card (MasterCard, Visa, Discover) are accepted. A $25 fee will be assessed on all returned checks.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you must cancel or reschedule, a minimum 24-hour notice is requested. I have a limited number of appointments. Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you and it is usually not possible to fill your block of time on short notice. For emergency situations, please notify me as soon as possible. Thank you for your courtesy and understanding.

MEDICAL CONDITIONS

Hypnosis for Medical Conditions will require a Physician Release Form. Please see MEDICAL CONDITIONS for disclaimer and Physician Release form. (No release form necessary for Non-medical hypnosis.)

INSURANCE

Insurance is not accepted and other third party claims are not filed. Most insurance companies consider hypnosis as alternative therapy and do not pay for it. However, upon request, a statement will be furnished to submit for possible reimbursement under a Flexible Spending Account or employee benefit plan for Smoking Cessation, Weight Loss, etc.

CLIENT REFERRAL BONUS

Referrals from satisfied clients are greatly appreciated. Receive $10 credit toward a future hypnosis session or self-hypnosis CD for each new client referral.

CHILDREN & TEENS

Appointments for children under age 18 require written permission from parent or guardian. The parent is present during the introduction to hypnosis portion of the session. Older children and teens usually do best with the parent waiting in the reception area during the hypnosis session. Generally, I prefer to limit my practice to teens and adults. Younger children respond well to listening to hypnosis recordings at bedtime and I am happy to make custom CD's for that purpose.
