sessions include your personal hypnosis session and a hypnosis CD to be
used at night for reinforcement. The Smoking Cessation and Weight Loss
Programs may have different time requirements and include educational
materials.

frequently-requested hypnosis topics. Custom hypnosis CD's are also
available.
